You can use several tools to organise your work and manage your tasks. Here are five of the most popular options:

  1. Google Calendar: This free online calendar allows you to schedule tasks, set reminders, and share your calendar with others.
  2. Trello: This web-based task management system uses boards, lists, and cards to help you keep track of your tasks.
  3. Asana is another project management tool that helps teams organize their work by creating projects, assigning tasks, and tracking progress.
  4. Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets: You can create a simple spreadsheet with columns for task name, due date, priority level, status (e.g., in progress or completed), and notes.

Whichever tool you choose depends on what works best for you regarding ease-of-use & functionality and any other specific needs that may be unique only to yourself, such as team collaboration features etc.

Currently, I am utilising Google Calendar to manage my schedule effectively. With its features, I can efficiently input all my upcoming events and set daily, weekly, and monthly reminders. Moreover, the downloadable application on my phone has been useful. Google Calendar is saving me time from constantly trying to remember my daily tasks and crawling through bits of information spread out everywhere. Overall, using this tool has significantly improved my productivity.
