In contrast, SEO focuses on optimising content for search engine algorithms. This means that content should be optimised for keywords, have a good page structure, and use other techniques to make it more visible on search engine results pages (SERPs). It should also be written in a way that is easy to understand and provides value to the reader. 

While SEO can help improve visibility, it does not guarantee quality content. 

Ultimately, E-A-T and SEO are critical for improving visibility and ranking in SERPs. However, E-A-T is more focused on creating quality content that provides value to the user, while SEO focuses on optimising content for search engine algorithms. Both are important for success in search engine rankings, but E-A-T should be prioritised when creating website content.
